To secure your appointment, a 20% deposit of the total service amount is required before the appointment can be confirmed. The deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations. There is a 15-minute late policy – if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and a 20% charge of the service will be applied to the card on file. Please directly message or text for rescheduling. Deposits for rescheduling before 48 hours can be transferred to a new appointment. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in full payment for the service, as this time was blocked for your appointment. Failure to pay in full will restrict you from booking future appointments. Changes can be made 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment; anything after that will result in a full charge for the service.
